How do I place an order?

What is your return/exchange policy?

Your item is automatically returned to us due to an incomplete address, we will issue you a refund minus a 30% inconvenience fee.

We do accept returns and exchanges for products that are damaged in transit or if an incorrect item was shipped.

In the event of receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receipt to allow us to evaluate and rectify the issue.

Regarding returns and refunds, we will promptly notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return. If approved, the refund will be processed in the form of a gift card.
