Your item is automatically returned to us due to an incomplete address, we will issue you a refund minus a 30% inconvenience fee.

We do accept returns and exchanges for products that are damaged in transit or if an incorrect item was shipped.

In the event of receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receipt to allow us to evaluate and rectify the issue. 

Images of the damages are required in order to process a refund or to receive a new product.

Regarding returns and refunds, we will promptly notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return. If approved, the refund will be processed.
