Shipping Policy

We ship orders Monday through Friday each week (EXCLUDING LOCAL HOLIDAYS).

• Orders placed before 10:00 AM CST will be processed and shipped the same day.

• Orders placed after 10:00 AM CST will be processed and shipped the next business day.

• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Shipping Carrier & Tracking Information

All orders are shipped via USPS (unless otherwise specified). Once your order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after the order has shipped, depending on your location.

Order Changes

If you need to make any changes to your order (e.g., address updates or modifications), please contact us before your order ships to ensure your request can be accommodated.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. If this occurs, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please file a claim directly with the carrier or contact us if you need help with the process.

Processing Delays

During holidays, sales, or high-volume periods, processing and shipping times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Examples:

• If you place an order on Monday at 9:30 AM CST, your order will ship on Monday.

• If you place an order on Wednesday at 1:00 PM CST, your order will ship on Thursday.

• If you place an order on Saturday at 3:00 PM CST, your order will ship on Monday.
